Rubber Vulcanization
Vulcanization is one of the main processes in rubber processing. The vulcanization process is a process in which rubber molecules cross-link each other to form a network structure. Adding auxiliary materials through vulcanization can cause chemical and physical changes to the rubber, improve performance, and make it have the use value of rubber. Rubber vulcanization is carried out under certain pressure, temperature and time conditions. According to the different performance requirements of rubber products, these three conditions must be strictly controlled to achieve the expected results.
